Responding to numerous customer requests, Imo’s Pizza is proud to introduce the 10-inch cauliflower crust as an option for its iconic pizzas. Nichole Carpenter, Imo’s Director of Marketing, explains the motivation behind the new offering, stating, “We’ve had a lot of customers ask for a cauliflower crust, and we had to ensure we created a crust that wouldn’t alter our traditional crispy thin style and taste.”
